Apple laptops and computers are zippy, sleek, and expensive as all hell — but you can get more bang for your buck if you buy when the time is right. With the arrival of Amazon's Big Spring Sale and plenty of MacBook markdowns to accompany it, we'd say that time is now.

The sale is on through March 25, and we've already seen a few significant price drops: There's been a small discount on the M3 MacBook Air even though it just came out earlier this month, price drops on the M2 MacBook Air, and even some pretty solid deals on M1 iMacs. We'll be keeping a close eye on price changes as the sale progresses — and on competitors' listings, in case they match or beat Amazon's offers.

We'll be updating this list regularly, so be sure to check back often. (And don't forget to see what else Amazon's discounting during its spring sale.)

Trying to decide between the M2 and M3 MacBook Air? The 15-inch M3 Air did just go on sale for nearly $100 off, less than one month following its release. Like the M2 Air, you'll get a clear display, crisp and well-rounded audio, but you'll enjoy an even zippier processor. We were already big fans of the M2 Air's power, so if you're looking for an even more streamlined experience, this is the best price you can get on 15-inches of display and the M3 processor at the time of writing.

Why we like it

Let's be honest — people don't get iMacs because they want the most powerful desktop computer out there, and Apple doesn't make them for that reason. Though this M1 model is a tad on the older side, the major difference between it and last year's M3 iMac is that processor. If all you're really looking for is a desktop that can get you through everyday tasks and is easy to use, we're willing to bet you won't be too fussed over the speed differences in those processors. And at $900, you can get it cheaper than most MacBooks.
